Soito Grande Reserva white is produced from the varieties Encruzado and Malvasia Fina and presents a clear aspect, citrine colour with slight straw nuances. On the nose a high elegance and complexity with notes of linden and orange blossom, harmonized with expressions of peach, mango and papaya, combined with fine notes of fresh vanilla. In the mouth, it shows the excellent breadth, balanced acidity and an expressive velvety and mineral texture.
