Citrus yellow in colour and with an intense aroma, it is a structured but elegant wine with freshness, minerality and a vigorous, vibrant, unctuous finish with a lot of persistence.

Tiago Cabaço has already stopped being an emerging talent in the Alentejo to assert himself, today, as one of the most solid and striking names in the new generation of Alentejo producers.

Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the winegrowing Alentejo, he was used to living and working in the countryside, in his parents' vineyards, from an early age, learning from his elders the great and small secrets of the vineyard. Today Tiago Cabaço is regarded as one of the most reliable and promising producers in the Alentejo, with a range of seductive and serious wines, modern in style and form, but deeply Alentejo in character.
