Produced from very ripe Touriga Nacional, Petit Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it was aged for 24 months in new barrels. It's a wine with a deep colour and aromas of ripe grapes and jam. The body is round and firm with a long, pleasant finish.

The Quinta de São José de Peramanca is located 5 kilometres from Évora, on Estrada Nacional 114, and is easily identifiable thanks to the large and traditional houses, marked by Baroque architecture and the church of São José adjacent to it.

The property was acquired by the Grave family in 1912, remaining until today, now managed by João Grave, and has 34 hectares, where about 15.5 hectares are, exclusively, oriented to the cultivation of vines for wine production.
