2017 Quinta do Ribeiro da Vila Reserva red

Quinta Ribeiro da Vila Reserva red is made from the Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca grape varieties.

This clear wine has an intense colour with brownish rays. The aroma is strong and elegant with notes of sweet spices and dried fruit, such as hazelnut and vanilla, mixed with smoke, coffee and chocolate, giving it a unique complexity. The palate is full-bodied, with good structure and volume, revealing well-integrated spices and round, firm tannins. O final é suave, intenso e persistente.

This is a great wine from the Douro Superior, with personality, its own identity and a distinctive terroir.

Lima's Wine Douro is a family business based in Carrazeda de Ansiães, Portugal. Founded with the ambition of producing a wine with unique characteristics, from the bottle to the fabulous nectar inside, Lima's Wine Douro takes into account all the details that make a Douro wine a true explosion of sensations.

The vineyards are located in the Douro Superior sub-region of the Douro Demarcated Region, and are planted with around 50% Touriga Nacional and the remaining 50% Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz varieties, totalling 7 hectares distributed between 3 family properties.
