2017 Terroir al Límit Terra de Cuques Priorat white
Dominik discovers his talent and passion for Mediterranean wine and the culinary arts at a very early stage. At the age of 18, he visits an old Ligurian Trattoria and a year later he goes on a gourmet tour of Italy alongside German chef Karl Ederer, who takes him to several first-class traditional restaurants.
After graduating in Economics and Marketing, in 1996 he starts his journey into the world of wine. At present he continues to work with his partner Eben Sadie, who together have established Terroir al Límit in the Priorat region, creating internationally successful wines.
