Wine only in special years, the Grande Reserva from the 2018 harvest is full of personality, where the exuberance of its aromas and the balance of its performance in tasting, reveals how much the Douro region still has to offer.

The Quinta do Vale da Perdiz is a family company that bets on the binomial quality/price to reach consumers, quality wines at attractive prices. The founding partner, António Augusto Fernandes, has dedicated his life to the vineyard and wines, having started production in 1989.

All the wines from Quinta do Vale da Perdiz are marketed under the "Cistus" brand and are produced from grapes coming from the Upper Douro, mostly from the vineyards of the Fernandes family, owners of the company, with a total area of approximately 50 hectares spread over six farms.
