Ferreira PortoAquamersus Old Vines Vintage Port 2018 is a unique Vintage Port aged underwater for 11 months, paying tribute to Dona Antónia’s innovative spirit and highlighting the importance of preserving rich marine ecosystems. It shows an intense ruby colour and a complex aromatic profile with red fruits, balsamic notes, pine needles and resin, spices such as pepper and clove, a stony character from old vines and a subtle iodised hint.

On the palate, it delivers a simultaneous smooth and powerful attack, with well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity and flavours of red fruits and spices, complemented by a slight saline touch. The finish is exceptionally long, elegant and persistent.
