The Von Hövel Scharzhofberger Riesling Auslese is a white wine with intense notes of grapefruit and orange and delicate aromas of red fruits. On the palate, it reveals great minerality and balance, with a long and almost salty finish.
Von Hövel is a traditional winery in Saar, led by Max von Kunow in the 7th generation.
Responsible for producing classic and authentic wines, its history dates back to 1803 when the first Riesling vineyards emerged. Currently, it encompasses 21.5 hectares and based on its tradition, strives to produce individual and unmistakable wines that reflect the unique character of the soils from which they originate.
