This extra dry sparkling wine, produced using the classic method and exclusively with the Arinto grape variety, reveals freshness, minerality and a crisp acidity, with prominent lime notes and a slight hint of bread and biscuit.

Born and raised in Ribeira de Santarém, Hugo Mendes studied Biotechnology Engineering but his passion for wine has spoken louder and since the 2006 vintage he has devoted himself entirely to oenology. Lover of communicating art to consumers, is a habitual presence on social networks. Since 2008 has been feeding a blog dedicated to uncomplicating oenology for oenophiles. Became a producer in his own name in the vintage of 2016, having for this purpose held the first crowdfunding in Portugal to finance a wine.
