Kelman white is made from the Encruzado grape variety and is further proof of how Juliana respects the character of the variety and the traditional Dão terroir, maintaining the freshness that balances structure with floral and white fruit notes.
It has a citrus colour and an intense fruity aroma, subtly combined with menthol and citrus notes. In the mouth it is voluminous, structured, and persistent, highlighting its natural acidity and mineral profile at the end of the tasting.
Juliana Kelman, a descendant of a Portuguese family who emigrated to Brazil in the 1940s, returned to Portugal with the idea of embracing the world of wine, knowing that quality is paramount in Portugal. In 2013, she began production in the Dão region, always respecting its character, planting the traditional grape varieties Touriga Nacional and Encruzado. Today, combining intelligent ancestral practices with modern production processes, presenting authentic, elegant and gastronomic wines to the world.
