From clay-limestone soils, surrounded by a Mediterranean climate with Atlantic influence, this Ninfa 100% Alvarinho, presents in the nose fresh notes of lemon peel and orange blossom. In the mouth the structure and minerality are in harmony with the unripe citrus fruits, giving the wine a delicious complexity.

João Teodósio Matos Barbosa, grandson of the founder of Caves Dom Teodósio, started his project in the production of wines, according to a regime of low intervention and organic production, with the introduction of new grape varieties and new blends.

Acquiring properties in the Tejo and Alto Alentejo regions, his legacy has been expanding with organic wines that are authentic and faithful to their terroir.
