概要

Redenção Reserva white is produced by the Arinto and Viognier grape varieties, harvested manually. After fermentation, it is aged in French oak barrels. It has a citrus colour, with an intense nose of lime, bay leaf and white pepper. Subtle woody and chocolate notes, also appear harmonized with the contrast of a good acidity.

Winelosophy is a project created by 4 friends with a common passion: to produce wine. Helena Duarte, Francisco Viana, Fábio Fernandes and Hélio Nobre, thus come together in a partnership with Herdade do Menir, to launch the Redenção wine brand, produced in Montemor-o-Novo.
