Come the Devil and Choose... The best kept secret of the Angels was revealed to the Devil. This red wine is obtained from the most respected grape varieties of the Alentejo plains and after ageing for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, it came from the underworld presenting itself with a deep garnet colour with aromas of ripe black fruit and slight spices, finishing with complexity and persistence at the end of the tasting.

The wines of CARMIM have already been distinguished by over two hundred and fifty prizes in various national and international tenders.
