2020 Bastardô! Black Edition white

Bastardô! white Black Edition from vintage 2020 is produced with 100% grape varieties from old vines, planted in schist soils. After fermentation in new French oak barrels and still completes a 6-month ageing in the same barrels, keeping in contact with the fine lees, in order to provide the integration of wood and wine, increasing its creaminess and depth. This ageing continued for a further 6 months in the bottle before its release on the market, revealing strong maturity and complexity. On the nose, ripe fruit aromas, with melon and apple highlights and light vegetable notes. The harmony and balance, as well as its volume, are aspects that combine perfectly with fatty fish dishes, white meats, charcuterie and sheep's cheeses
