Clay Aged white wine is an expression of the Vidigeira terroir and has been aged for 9 months in clay pots. Golden in colour, it reveals subtle aromas of chalk and wet stone. On the palate, it has a dry texture, is fresh and mineral, with a striking acidity that blends perfectly with its salty and structured profile.

Between Vidigueira and Cuba, in Baixo Alentejo, Herdade do Rocim has around 70 hectares of vines, 53 of which are red varieties and the remaining 17 are white varieties. Herdade do Rocim is characterised by its clayey, sandy soils and its criteria are aimed at the production of high-quality grapes.

The winery, a structural element of the project, combines wine production with the aesthetic quality of its architecture, acting as a marketing and promotional element, qualifying the region.
