This wine results from a rigorous selection of the best grapes and is the result of a perfect harmony between modern techniques and tradition. Harvesting is manual with small boxes. Vinification is carried out by the method of pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Finishing this process, the wine ages in stainless steel vats for about 4 months, in the presence of fine lees. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by the action of the cold. Elegant and high quality wine, citrus color, clear and bright, fresh and fruity. It has a long and persistent aftertaste. It is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes, fish or seafood, white meats, salads and Asian meals.
