The Cask 23 red wine combines the essence of two vineyards from the Stags' Leap Wine Cellars estate. With the fragrant, characteristic notes of the Fay vineyard and the structure and intense black fruit of the SLV vineyard, this wine has inviting aromas of chocolate mousse, ripe plum, crushed raspberry, violet and nutmeg filling the nose. Produced exclusively from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety and aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, this wine offers an immersive sensory experience.
