Bastardô! rose from vintage 2021 is produced with 60% Aragonez and 40% Castelão, planted in sandy soils. This wine reveals an intense aroma of fresh fruit, highlighting the notes of strawberry and raspberries, combined with floral notes such as jasmine and roses. On the palate it is aromatic, fresh, enveloping and elegant. Nothing better to accompany this wine than with light meals, fish, seafood or even grilled white meats.
