Cepas Cinquentenárias Vinho do Mar red is a wine with a strong character, born from traditional grape varieties such as Castelão, Baga, Camarate, and Bastardo, coming from vines over 50 years old. After aging for eight months in 500 and 225-litre oak barrels, it was immersed in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, in the Bay of Sines, where it rested for 13 months at about 15 metres deep. It shows an intense ruby colour, with aromas dominated by black fruits, toasty notes, and balsamic hints. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, and saline, with balanced acidity, soft tannins, and a long, persistent finish where fruit and wood meet in perfect harmony.
