This sparkling wine is produced from the Pinot Noir grape variety, which comes from the granite soils of the Casa da Tojeira estate. After the manual harvest process, the sparkling wine spends a minimum of 12 months in the bottle, thus presenting a beautiful pink colour. With a fruity and slightly jammy profile, this is a sparkling wine with a fine and persistent bubble, revealing a refreshing acidity and a long finish.

Situated on a private estate in the Peneda-Gerês National Park, this beautiful 17th-century mansion has been renovated and adapted for wine production. The property extends over 20 hectares dedicated not only to growing vines but also to leisure activities.

Due to its location, the vineyards are located in the Basto sub-region, in the Vinho Verde Demarcated Region, which allows the production of genuine wines full of personality.
