Herdade da Lisboa Paço dos Infantes Verdelho white is crafted exclusively from the Verdelho grape, hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts. Following careful grape selection, the wine ferments in a concrete egg, where it is aged on its fine lees with regular bâtonnage for eight months, followed by a further six months of bottle ageing, preserving the purity and expression of the variety.

It displays a bright citrus colour and an intense bouquet marked by citrus aromas, pronounced minerality and delicate flinty notes. On the palate, it offers remarkable character, a creamy texture and vibrant acidity, resulting in a beautifully balanced and elegant wine.

The finish is long, fresh and persistent, reflecting the authenticity of this single-varietal wine and the meticulous care devoted to its production.
