The Herdade do Perú red wine is the result of grapes harvested by hand and aged for 16 months in French oak. Dense red in colour, the nose reveals notes of cistus, blackberries and blueberries in harmony with the wood. On the palate, it is intense and fresh, with firm tannins and an elegant profile that reflects the region's terroir, with hints of pine and woodland and a persistent finish.
