The NaTalha red wine is a wine that respects the ancestral method of winemaking in clay pots. This wine presents itself with a light red colour, revealing on the nose notes of mentholated dark chocolate and wild berries. In the mouth it is fresh and with light but persistent tannins. A unique wine, intense and full of personality.
The Gerações da Talha Winery is a project that was born to praise and affirm the genuine production of traditional wine, which has persisted for over two millennia and has been forgotten in time. Located in Vila de Frades and dating back to the 18th century, the winery was acquired by Francisco Nogueira Anacleto, who has been skilfully passing on the art and wisdom of carved wine to the generations that will follow.
