Palhete Quinta da Ramalhosa was produced from white and red grapes blended in a stone press. It's a wine with an intense and very fresh fruity aroma, with peach in the spotlight and nuances of forest fruits such as blackberry, blueberry and raspberry. On the palate, it's surprisingly elegant, smooth and with good acidity. It finishes very long with notes of forest fruits, green caruma and a watermelon aftertaste.
A Quinta da Ramalhosa is a family business, located in the Dão region. At the head of the project is Micael Baptista, who began the process of rescuing the estate's vineyards in 2016, making the 5 hectares the heritage of this property.
