Grapes from the Alijó plateau, where the soil is granitic, the harvest was done manually and aged for about 12 months in 500 litre French oak barrels. It is a balanced wine, with good structure and acidity, with a persistent and elegant finish.

Both Celso Pereira and Jorge Alves could have the nickname "Quanta Terra", were they not the personification of the wine brand themselves. More than just a besotted passion for the world of wine, Quanta Terra took its first steps in the 1990s, when both met while working in the oenology department of Caves Transmontanas. They quickly developed professional complicity which would allow them to create a solid base for Quanta Terra, which was just an idea at the time.
