It is in Silvã de Cima next to the Taboadella vineyard that the wine press built on a monolithic rock, one of the oldest vestiges of winemaking in the Dão, contrasts with the contemporary winery built with natural materials such as wood and cork, with a balcony from which it is possible to embrace in a single glance the magnificent unique patch of vineyards surrounded by a huge forest. Here, where past and future complement each other, the wines are born in the vineyard and the landscape, with the particular and patient care that allows us to rescue the essence of nature from the past and to project into the future great wines with a remarkable typicity while maintaining the ancestral character of the Dão.
