Borges Quinta de Simaens is a white wine made from the Loureiro, Avesso, Azal, and Trajadura grape varieties. It has a clear appearance and a citrus colour. The aroma is exuberant, youthful, and fresh, with a striking citrus character, surrounded by intense floral notes, such as lime blossom. On the palate, it has an intense and elegant flavour, with body and excellent volume. It is a balanced wine with good acidity, which provides a unique freshness and a set of great persistence.
Founded in 1884 by brothers António and Francisco, the Borges Wine Society quickly became one of the main national wine companies.
