The Cooperativa Vitivinícola do Peso da Régua, Caves Vale do Rodo, C.R.L. was founded by the initiative of 25 local winegrowers, united by the goal of creating better living conditions for themselves and for the other cooperative members. Established through a shared collective vision, the cooperative stands as a project deeply connected to its territory and to the appreciation of viticultural work in the Douro region.

Since 1998, its wines have been awarded in national and international competitions, receiving a total of 1 Grand Gold Medal, 3 Gold Medals, 2 Great Commendations, 5 Silver Medals and 1 Bronze Medal, reflecting the quality and consistency of its work.
