The La Volée Bruto Natural Rosé is a sparkling wine from vines over 40 years old, planted in clay-limestone soils in Cantanhede. Fermented in stainless steel, it ages for 12 months on its lees in an underground cellar, with periodic pugnetage and manual remuage. The artisanal dégorgement gives the wine its unique structure, with the Baga grape being the protagonist of this excellent sparkling wine.
