This Terras do Demo Sparkling Wine is made from the Verdelho grape variety and is aged for 12 months, 9 of which are fermented in the bottle at low, controlled temperatures, giving it aromatic and flavour complexity. Citrus in colour with fine bubbles, it has an intense aroma with floral notes and a touch of tropical fruit. The palate is fruity and fresh, with vibrant acidity and a persistent finish.
The Cooperativa Agrícola do Távora, is located in the Demarcated Region of Távora-Varosa, inserted between the Douro region and Dão.
