Delicate and gastronomic, Herdade do Perú Frederica rosé is made from the Syrah grape variety, aged for 12 months in French oak and a further 6 months in the bottle. Light salmon in colour, it offers aromas of fresh red fruit such as blackberry and cherry, with subtle smoky notes. On the palate, it reveals balanced acidity and a long, elegant and enveloping finish.

The wines of Herdade do Perú are born in a unique territory, marked by the influence of the Arrábida mountains and rich, homogeneous soils. Produced in a carefully cultivated area, they reflect the strength of the vineyards and the deep ties that bind the family to this land.
