Rocim is inspired by the quality of the Dão wines, when producing its new wines under the brand "O Estrangeiro". This white wine is a field blend, from old vines, which after fermenting in French oak barrels, also ages for about 12 months in these barrels. It is therefore a white wine with a citrus colour and mineral profile, with well-integrated toasty notes. The marked acidity provides an intense freshness, revealing unctuosity and structure.
