2022 Tiago Cabaço 3 Terroirs Superior red

The red wine Tiago Cabaço 3 Terroirs Superior combines the terroir and grape varieties of three estates, Herdade do Trocaleite, Vale Zebro and Herdade das Murças.

Produced from the Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Aragonês grape varieties, and after ageing in French oak barrels, it has a deep ruby red colour, with an aroma of ripe fruit and spices with light barrel notes. On the palate, it reveals good volume with fine but powerful tannins, ensuring a long and elegant finish.

Tiago Cabaço has already stopped being an emerging talent in the Alentejo to assert himself, today, as one of the most solid and striking names in the new generation of Alentejo producers.

Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the winegrowing Alentejo, he was used to living and working in the countryside, in his parents' vineyards, from an early age, learning from his elders the great and small secrets of the vineyard. Today Tiago Cabaço is regarded as one of the most reliable and promising producers in the Alentejo, with a range of seductive and serious wines, modern in style and form, but deeply Alentejo in character.
