Bustelo Arinto Reserva white is produced from hand-harvested grapes and vinified with great care from the moment they arrive at the winery. After destemming and immediate pressing, the must is cooled and undergoes static decantation, followed by a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation.
After fermentation, the wine is aged on fine lees for 3 months, adding complexity and texture. A precise and well-balanced white wine that highlights the character of the Arinto grape and the careful winemaking process.
