The Patrick Javillier Les Tillets Meursault white is produced from Chardonnay sourced from high-altitude parcels in Meursault, close to the woodland, where limestone soils with clay patches give rise to wines of great finesse. Vines aged between 30 and 70 years contribute depth and character. The nose reveals notes of white flowers, pale-fleshed fruit and a hint of spice, in a complex and highly elegant ensemble.
