Altas Quintas 600 Rosé is an elegant wine from Portalegre, in the Alentejo, distinguished by its delicate pale pink colour and expressive aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrants and subtle floral notes. The palate is light yet rounded, with vibrant acidity that brings freshness and leads to a long, persistent finish. A versatile rosé, ideal with salads, shellfish, smoked fish or grilled chicken.

The Altas Quintas project was born from the desire to make wines with different characteristics in the Alentejo for demanding connoisseurs. The difference of its wines begins in the location of the vines that give rise to them, planted on a plateau at an altitude of 600 metres, in the heart of the Alentejo. Allied to the terroir is also the strongest characteristic of this project: the obsession for difference, always pushing to obtain the maximum quality in the raw material that produces these Alentejo wines.
