The Belondrade y Lurton white is the flagship wine of the Belondrade winery, coming exclusively from Quinta San Diego, an ecological vineyard of excellence. Each plot is harvested by hand and the grapes fermented separately, with a 9-month ageing period on fine lees in French oak barrels, promoting complexity and structure. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a spontaneous and controlled manner, culminating in a process of careful selection and final assemblage. After bottling, the wine rests for at least 5 months before being released onto the market, guaranteeing remarkable balance and depth.

With a cellaring potential of 6 to 8 years, this white stands out for its elegance and its ability to express the unique qualities of its origin over time.
