Evidência Reserva is a white wine made from the Encruzado grape variety, typical of the Dão wine region. This wine completed its alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, thus giving it its toasty and sweet spicy aromas. Despite this profile, the characteristic aromas of the grape variety are very present, such as pear and other orchard fruits. On the palate, the unctuousness is evident, as is the freshness, making it a wine with a broad gastronomic vocation.

The Dão region can be defined as a plateau surrounded by several mountain ranges, with unique soil, climate and grape variety conditions, which translate into great wines. Officially demarcated in 1908, the Dão region is one of Portugal's oldest wine-growing regions.
