Herdade dos Oliveiras Moz white, produced from Arinto and Antão Vaz, results from an early harvest with direct pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at 15 °C, preserving all the varietal freshness.

It displays a bright citrus colour. On the nose, it reveals citrus notes and nuances of stone fruit, giving the wine both expression and balance.

On the palate, it shows excellent volume and structure, supported by a naturally marked and well-integrated acidity. The finish is fresh, persistent and highly expressive.

Herdade dos Oliveiras Family Vineyards, located in Estremoz in the heart of the Alentejo, is a project dedicated to producing wines of excellence. Covering 20 hectares, the property includes an old vineyard and a small traditional olive grove, crossed by two streams and crowned by a hill with breathtaking views. The vineyard, planted over 25 years ago, benefits from loam–clay–sand soils and sits at an altitude of 330 metres, offering ideal conditions for viticulture.
