Herdade dos Oliveiras Moz rosé, produced from Aragonez and Trincadeira, results from an early harvest with direct pressing and fermentation at 15 °C in stainless-steel tanks, preserving all its aromatic freshness.

It displays a very pale, delicate colour, accompanied by an intense aroma of red fruits. On the palate, it offers good presence, with lively acidity that extends the sensation of freshness and lightness.

Herdade dos Oliveiras Family Vineyards, located in Estremoz in the heart of the Alentejo, is a project dedicated to producing wines of excellence. Covering 20 hectares, the property includes an old vineyard and a small traditional olive grove, crossed by two streams and crowned by a hill with breathtaking views. The vineyard, planted over 25 years ago, benefits from loam–clay–sand soils and sits at an altitude of 330 metres, offering ideal conditions for viticulture.
