This Quinta do Covão Reserve wine, produced exclusively from the Encruzado grape variety, has a citrus colour with slight golden nuances. On the nose, it reveals white fruit pulp and very well-integrated wood. The palate is fresh, with good structure and complexity, giving it a persistent and prolonged finish.

Quinta do Covão is located in the landscapes of Serra da Estrela Natural Park, in Sandomil, near the river Alva. With 50 hectares, the property is in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape and has been dedicated for three generations to the production of wine characterised by its unique identity, conferred by the Dão region.
