Angel's Envy brings together the tradition and craftsmanship of Bourbon Whiskey production, being a total return to the art of the first distillation technique, hand-blended batches, combining 8 to 12 casks at a time. The whiskey from each barrel is tasted individually so that in the end, the best whiskies are considered for blending.

Thus, Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is born, a bourbon typically aged up to 6 years and finished in port wine barrels for 3 to 6 months, which adds subtly distinct flavour nuances that enhance the whiskey without disharmonizing.
