Now it's time to turn a small micro-distillery into the world's smallest whiskey distillery. The small-brook distillery was founded to increase the fun of burning and to realize the dream of own whiskey's. The goal of small-brook is to produce at least two to three 30 liter barrels a year and then to receive a Luxembourg single malt after 3 to 5 years. It is and will remain a hobby and so in the beginning only very few bottles will be available.
