J. Faria & Filhos, Lda. is a Madeiran company founded in 1949, then called J. Faria, which produces Liqueurs based on fruits from the Autonomous Region of Madeira, Madeira Rum (Sugar Cane Brandy), Brandy, Fruit Juice and Madeira Wine.
This is a passion fruit juice concentrate from Madeira which has an intense flavour. It is ideal for the preparation of delicious cocktails. To dilute in water use one measure of juice concentrate to six measures of water and add ice. It can also be used to mix in fruit salads, desserts or yoghurts.
