The Dailuaine 2025 Special Release 21 Year Old is a single malt of great depth and character, matured in sherry casks that lend it a rich and enveloping profile. On the nose, elegant notes of sultanas, roasted chestnuts and cherries coated in dark chocolate stand out.

On the palate, it shows a medium to full body, with a lively sweetness revealing brown sugar and intense dried fruits, balanced by a dry, peppery spice that spreads across the palate. The addition of a few drops of water softens and rounds the whisky, enhancing its complexity and elegance.

The Roseisle 2025 Special Release 14 Year Old reveals a harmonious and carefully integrated single malt, the result of maturation in refill and rejuvenated casks. On the nose, sweet notes of buttery cake come to the fore, wrapped in a creamy expression of vanilla.
