概要
Dewar's 21-year-old aged in Oloroso Sherry casks, giving the whisky subtle notes of cinnamon and ripe fruit with a silky smooth finish.
This is a limited edition that uses the pioneering quadruple ageing process, created by Dewar's Master Stephanie Macleod. This process consists of a first ageing of single malt whiskies, which are then blended and returned to the cask. After this second ageing, they are again blended and returned to the barrel. It is only after the third ageing that the final batch is refined in ex-Sherry casks, and then proceeds to the fourth ageing process.
