The history of the brand "M&M" Sparkling Wine takes us to the year 2004, date of its creation and placing on the market by Cave Central da Bairrada. The marketing was done through two varieties, in terms of sugar content: the natural white raw sparkling wine and the medium dry sparkling wine. The brand "M&M" was idealized and created by the charismatic and late lamented directors and winemaker Américo Matos and Domingos Moura, with the intention of registering and perpetuating the family names, Matos and Moura, in a high quality sparkling wine. This characteristic is guaranteed by the strictly controlled fermentation process used in the creation of the sparkling wines from Cave Central da Bairrada.
