You can now order and collect your parcel at a pickup point near you.
This is a practical, flexible, and convenient option to receive your order at your preferred time and without any hassle. Available for orders with a delivery address in Portugal.
How can I find a Pickup Point?
There are more than 1,200 Pickup Points available in Portugal. Simply enter your postcode to check the Pickup Points in your area, and their operating hours will also be provided.
What are the conditions for my order to be eligible for delivery to a Pickup Point?
The option for delivery to a Pickup Point will automatically appear at checkout if your order weighs 11.40 kg or less (approximately 5 bottles of 75cl) and if the delivery address is in Portugal.
When can I collect my order from the Pickup Point?
As soon as your order arrives at the destination point, you will receive an alert via SMS, and you will then have 10 working days to collect it. A second SMS will be sent two days before the deadline ends. After this period, the order will be returned to the sender.
