Gin resulting from the patient distillation of a set of botanicals characteristic of the Algarve and Baixo Alentejo, where the strawberry tree stands out, which was then combined in the right proportion, obtaining a premium gin, smooth and aromatic which perfectly incorporates the distinctive flavour and aroma of this fruit. A gin distilled by hand in small batches.

The Arbun project was born in the heart of the Serra do Caldeirão by Luís Domingos and João Martins. The products were launched in times of pandemic and are a reflection of the good flavours and traditions of the Medronho culture in one of the most engaging mountains of the Algarve and Baixo Alentejo region.
