Gin Geranium by Hammer & Son

Henrik Hammer, the creator of Geranium gin, always believed that geranium would be an excellent ingredient in gin. With the ambition of producing the best gin ever, one that was both dry and aromatic, Henrik searched for a geranium that would harmonise perfectly with the inevitable juniper, guaranteeing exceptional results in both a Dry Martini cocktail and a simple gin and tonic. After several attempts and experiments, he hit upon the perfect recipe.

As well as geranium and juniper, the formula includes ten different botanicals, which are matured for 48 hours in the purest grain spirit. After distillation in a still with over 100 years of history, pure water is added before bottling. The end result is a smooth, balanced gin with a delicate juniper flavour, complemented by the exotic notes of geranium, which harmonise perfectly with the other botanicals used.
